  13. Cryobiologie 2. Intracellulair ijs-cristal-formatie (<-15°C en snel (!) bevriezing ~25°C/ min) → laat langzaam osmotisch proces niet toe → ijs cristallen reageren → verstoring cel functie en cel membraam Proces maakt cel kapot
