Performance challenge: Engagement By August 2012, the Homewise Board of Directors and Executive Director will implement a decision making process effectively engaging the Homewise Board and senior management in the strategic decisions facing the organization. This process will affirm and operationalize the board’s right, obligation and value of meaningful commitment in guiding the growth of Homewise.
