  2. What do you know about their Habitat and Diet? • Live in the Great Barrier Reef or the coast of Australia (depending on the type of Octopus). • They live on fish, invertebrates, and other small octopuses.

  3. What makes them so scary? Are they endangered? • It’s there poison. It is made to kill prey, but not people. • They are not endangered, but they can kill about 20 to 30 people in minutes!!! • It may look harmless, but DO NOT be deceived by it’s looks.

Web. 11 Oct. 2012. • Nausea • Hazy Vision • Loss of sense of touch, speech and the ability to swallow • Within 3 minutes, paralysis sets in and your body goes into respiratory arrest • Poison is contained in the saliva, from two glands each as big as its brain

  5. Although there is no antedote for blue ringed octopus sting, we can still take the toxins of the sting out of the human body.

  7. It’s another healthy deadly golf-ball-sized blue ringed octopus baby!! • They involve having a male and the female. • They have babies the size of golf-balls. • When the female lays the eggs, she has a few weeks left to live. • When the male has done his part, he has 3-6 months to live.
