  10. Creative Design • Del Sol's creative staff have mastered the art of colour-change. • Endless variety of colour-change combinations • Lifetime Colour-Change Guarantee on all products. • Note: To create an “In/Out” design takes on average of 10 hours and can cost Del Sol as much as $500+.

  11. Name Drop Designs: All catalogue designs that have ‘Del Sol’ in the design can be customized with a name drop. Name drop:15 characters or less including spaces. Minimum Order: 24 (add $1.00) or 48(no extra charge) design with 6 per garment size and colour. Lead Time: 4 weeks maximum. Note: The name drop Font, Location and Colour cannot be changed.

  12. Custom Designs Designs: Customer provides art direction. Minimum Order: 288 pieces per design with 6 per size, style, and colour. Reorder: 144 pieces Labeling and Packaging: Del Sol. Lead Time: 4-8 weeks following artwork approval. Pricing: Standard Wholesale prices apply. Art and Screen Charges: Included. Colour Matching: Custom and Private Label designs cannot always match customers PMS colours for colour changing. PMS colours can be matched in non-colour changing designs.

  16. Sales Policies • Non Resident Importer (NRI) Program: NRI is a NAFTA program that allows Del Sol to sell on a “delivered” basis so retailers know their final cost. NRI “removes the border” and is a proven means to increase sales. Same as buying from a Canadian company. • Pricing: All product is shipped DDP (Delivery-UPS Ground and Duties Paid) from Del Sol in Sandy, UT and billed in Canadian dollars. • Payment Terms: To establish Net 30 days a $2,500 min. opening order is required with Del Sol credit application. All orders under $2,500 require prepayment by Credit Card. All orders subject to Del Sol acceptance. • Minimum Order: $500.00. • Lead Time: Hard Goods - 1 - 2 weeks. Name Drop – 4 weeks max. Custom – 8 weeks max.
