EFECTO INVERNADERO • Es la capacidad que tiene la atmósfera de retener la energía (el calor) que la superficie del planeta emite hacia el espacio después de calentarse con radiación solar. • Por los Gases de Efecto Invernadero que existen en la atmósfera, se produce una retención de calor emitido por la Tierra. • Si no existiera la atmósfera no habría efecto invernadero y la temperatura del planeta sería mucho más baja (-13°C) en promedio.

  4. GASES DE EFECTO INVERNADERO (GEI) Son componentes gaseosos de la atmósfera, tanto naturales como antropógenos (de origen humano),que absorben y remiten radiación infrarroja. GEI naturales: Vapor de agua (H2O), bióxido de carbono (CO2), metano (CH4), óxido nitroso (N2O) y ozono (O3). GEI de origen humano: Bióxido de carbono (CO2), metano (CH4), óxido nitroso (N2O)

  5. Qué podemos hacer? 3 R • Reutilizar • Reducir, • Reciclar • Apagar los electrodomésticos y/o artefactos que no estés utilizando. • Apagar la luz cuando sales de una habitación. • Evitar los productos descartables. • Emplear envases reutilizables.
