  1. Sound Synchronization Synchronizing Flash Events With Sound Frames

  2. Import the Sound Track • Import the sound track to the library.

  3. Create the Sound Layer • Create a sound layer.

  4. Put the Sound on the Layer • Create a key frame at the spot where you want the sound to begin.

  5. Create Sync Points • Put key frames at the point where you want to sync stuff.

  6. Truncate the Sound Track • You may need to delete unwanted material from the end of the track.

  7. Scrub the track • To fine tune the synchronization, you can scrub the track. • To move things, shift-click to select them, then drag them to different spots on the track.
