City of Shawnee Public Meeting Category I, Demand Based Level One: When the average weekly usage exceeds 6,000,000 gallons per day: • Residential, other than household purposes: Outside water usage restricted to 7:01 P.M. to 10 A.M. with odd-numbered houses utilizing water on odd-numbered days and even-numbered houses utilizing water on even-numbered days • Commercial: Exterior water usage restricted in the same manner as residential use

City Of Shawnee Public Meeting Level Two: When the average weekly usage exceeds 6,500,000 gallons per day: • Residential, other than household purposes: Water usage restricted to 7.01 P.M. to 10 A.M. on the odd-even system restriction with odd-numbered houses utilizing water on Monday and Thursdays and even-numbered houses utilizing water on Tuesday and Friday during the above hours • Commercial: Exterior water usage restricted in the same manner as residential use

City of Shawnee Public Meeting Category II, Supply Based Level One: When the lake level reaches 1063 feet above sea level and the average weekly usage exceeds 4,000,000 gallons per day: • Residential, other than household purposes: Water usage restricted to 7:01 P.M. to 10:00 A.M. with odd-numbered houses utilizing water on odd-numbered days and even-numbered houses utilizing water on even-numbered days • Commercial: Users required to reduce water usage by ten per cent (10%) as compared to the previous year's usage figures

City of Shawnee Public Meeting Level Two: When the lake level reaches 1061 feet above sea level and the average weekly usage exceeds 3,500,000 gallons per day: • Residential, other than household purposes: Water usage restricted to 7:01 P.M. to 12:00 P.M. on the odd-even system with odd-numbered houses utilizing water on Monday and even-numbered houses utilizing water on Friday during the above hours • Commercial: Users required reducing water usage by fifteen per cent (15%) as compared to the previous year's usage figures • Other: Lawn watering, refilling or adding water to public and private swimming pools and automobile washing is forbidden (except for commercial vehicle wash facilities which will adhere to 15% reduction of total use)

Outside Water usage will be limited to watering shrubs and young trees only, in accordance with best practices • Commercial and the Governmental : Users required to reduce water usage by twenty-five per cent (25%) as compared to the previous year's usage figures • Other: Lawn watering, refilling or adding water to public and private swimming pools and automobile washing forbidden (except for commercial vehicle wash facilities which will adhere to 25% reduction of total use)
