President (cont’d) • Chapter Goals and Objectives: • Ensure that transition of the new Board of Directors provides value to the members of the Board and the members of the Chapter; • Provide the chapter with programs that will add value for future years; • Encourage volunteers to assist the chapter and to become future chapter leaders; • Encourage the Board to evaluate current processes and procedures to promote what is high value and modify/fix, or eliminate, what is of least value.
