  4. AST EVR Regulatory Activities & Timeframe • AST EVR regulations scheduled for December 2003 Board Hearing. • Proposed text of regulations to be released in October 2003 for comment. • Existing systems expected to be grandfathered through mid-2008.

  5. Certification / Test Procedures • Revised CP-206, April 23, 2003 www.arb.ca.gov/vapor/ast/ast.htm • New System Leak Test Procedure (TP-206.1) and Fugitive Emissions Test Procedure (TP-206.2) will be posted in May for review and comment.

  6. AST Inventory and Emissions • Fuel Carrier Survey • 2,873 Insulated/ Protected • 4,760 Single-Wall • Inventory data will be used for statewide emissions estimate.

  7. Future Activities • Complete Phase I efficiency testing. • Develop Statewide AST Emissions Estimate. • Begin AST EVR rulemaking. • Next AST workshop
