2. Introduction • How are consumers protected when buying online ? -> Right of withdrawal • European commission: directive regulating distance selling -> cancellation period: > 7 working days ! Only if buy from dealer, not private individual

Belgium • Characteristics of the right of withdrawal • not required to give any reasons • only required to inform the seller by letter, fax or e-mail before the end of the cancellation period • free of charge, only have to pay the costs of sending back the product(unless the product that was supplied does not correspond to what you ordered) • If already paid, the seller must refund the entire purchase price within 30 days after receiving your notification that you are withdrawing from the contract. If already made an advance payment, he will have to refund this amount to you in full. • Cancellation period: 14 calendar days -> starts on day after delivery of goods or from day after contract was concluded for services • European Directive: Obligation to be informed accurately -> If not met requirements: cooling off period extended up to 3 months

Bulgaria • Characteristics of the right of withdrawal • The consumer doesn’t have to express the reason(s) why he has canceled his purchase. • The consumer cannot be fined for the cancelation of the order. • The consumer has to pay all the shipping charges, which are applicable if he wants a refund, in which case he has to be paid within 30 days, after he has send the goods back. • However if the consumer, just wants to change the good (for example he didn’t get the size or color he ordered), he just has to send the good back to the seller. He in turn has to send the correct goods to the consumer. In this case, all shipping charges are paid by the seller. Cancellation period: 7 calendar days, from the day the goods were delivered.

Greece • Characteristics of the right of withdrawal • The consumer does not have to justify his withdrawal decision • The consumer is only required to inform the seller by letter, fax or e-mail before the end of the cancellation period • The consumer must be able to cancel the contract without a penalty • The only charge that may be made to consumer is the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the product that was supplied does not correspond to what you ordered • The distance seller is obliged to reimburse all sums, which were paid by the consumer. The reimbursement must be carried out within 30 days Cancellation period: 10 working days -> starts on day after delivery of goods or from day after contract was concluded for services

6. Croatia • Characteristics of the right of withdrawal • Product can be returned only if it is damaged, or the customer did not receive the thing he/she ordered • It has to be sent back within 7 business days, along with the warany document and the original packing • The product cannot be returned if there has been any changes done by the customer, like physical damage or personal attempt to repair it • Customer can change the damaged good for any other product within the about of money payed for the previous product • The only way to cancel a contract is to write an email, or call the company. It cannot be done online • If the costumer already payed the product, the money will be refunded withing 30 days
