  7. Parts of our digestive system stomach stores food and mixes it with digestive juices

  8. Parts of our digestive system small intestine the tube where broken down food is absorbed into the blood

  9. Parts of our digestive system large intestine passes water back into the blood leaving solid waste

  10. Parts of our digestive system pancreas makes digestive enzymes

  11. Parts of our digestive system liver makes bile which helps to break down fats

  14. Teeth break down food into smaller pieces (physical digestion)
