  2. Atherton Sterilizer Loading Car and Trolley upgrade : DES-09-01 Actuator travel pin to be limit switched at start and end of stroke. An LED is required to indicate “Carriage Lock”. Top surface of Battery and Actuator Motor Cover to be aligned to improve aesthetic balance. The trolley is not suitable for travelling up ramps due to the centre wheel. A warning note must be added to the operating manual. Project Review 20/07/2009

Atherton Sterilizer Loading Car and Trolley upgrade : DES-09-01 To avoid the Actuator driving the Carriage when not locked into loading position, a micro-switch is to be mounted at the end of each rail. Both micro-switches must be activated at the same time to allow the carriage to drive. This can only be achieved when the trolley is properly locked to the chamber rail. An LED is required to indicate “Trolley Lock”. Project Review 20/07/2009

Laser to be powered by common household batteries. An easily accessible battery compartment is required. Note! Laser Warning label required. Project Review 20/07/2009

  5. Atherton Sterilizer Loading Car and Trolley upgrade : DES-09-01 Design criteria for the carriage is to increase load capacity by lowering the carriage within the chamber. This can be achieved by lifting the wheels and reducing the wheel diameter. Project Review 20/07/2009

  6. Atherton Sterilizer Loading Car and Trolley upgrade : DES-09-01 A clearance hole can be added to the Carriage Chassis to allow the raised wheel location. The plastic Actuator Catch has been replaced with a s/steel tag. Project Review 20/07/2009
