  1. Learning Session 1 Storyboard Template The storyboard is an easy, interactive way for organizations in the Learning Collaborative to introduce themselves and to learn from other teams. Instructions You may use any of the following slides as a guideline for what makes good storyboard content. There is no need to use all of these slides, or to limit the information you share using these slide prompts. A team photo is fun, please post one if time permits. Please share any lessons learned, specific efforts, and/or data from your DSRIP projects, if it is directly related to the topic of the Learning Collaborative. Please share any other work or information you have as a team about the LC topic. Please bring printed slides to the Learning Session in late January. JPS will provide mounting boards for your slides to make the storyboard. Contact Gillian Franklin at gfranklin@jpshealth.org with questions or ideas. Printing this slide may not be necessary!
