  2. Recruit 2012 Creating a new recruitment: New enhancement – The department can now add a brief description of the recruitment to further emphasize the qualifications that are needed as well as to provide information about the specific recruitment.

  3. Recruit 2012 A brief view of all of your recruitments can be accessed from most pages.

  4. Recruit 2012 New Summary page! Create your Recruit entry before submitting your Recruitment Plan. Then you can insert a direct link into your ad text.

  6. Recruit 2012 Reference upload is quick and easy for your applicants. Recruit will even send out request letters for you.

  7. Recruit 2012 Recruit can track your source information now as well. The numbers appear on your summary sheet with each new applicant.

  8. Recruit 2012 Changing applicant status is easy! After your search committee has decided whom to invite for an interview, head back into Recruit to make the change.

  9. Recruit 2012 Head back into Recruit each time a change occurs to an applicant’s status. The applicants should be tracked all the way through to the final, hired candidate.
