RULES OF QUALIFICATIONS TO THE PROGRAMMES FULFILLED QUALIFICATIONS FULFILLED QUALIFICATIONS You qualify for the Programme, if in 2013 you have reached higher level than Amaranth Orchid not more than twice You qualify for the Programme, if in 2013 you have reached higher level than Pearl Orchid not more than twice

  8. The base of the structure in the „Pearl Foundations” Programme is at least one leg with the minimum 21 % effectiveness level Or twolegs with the effectiveness level of 21% (this refers only to a structure with two legs of at least 21% effectiveness level in the base month).

The base of your structure in the „Amaranth Pillars”Programme are three legs of at least 21% effectiveness level (this refers to a structure with three legs of at least 21% effectiveness level in October 2013) Amaranth Orchid Base If during the course of the „Pearl Foundations” Programme, your structure achieves the Amaranth Orchid level, then thebasis for continuation in the „AmaranthPillars”stage is the Pearl Orchid Base I or Pearl Orchid Base II. BASE

  10. IF THE BASE FROM THE OCTOBER 2013 IS NOT MAINTAINED DURING THE COURSE OF THE PROGRAMMES, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE EXTRA COMMISION FROM THIS MONTH. Pearl Orchid OCTOBER 2013 9% 12% 6% 21% 21% Pearl Orchid JANUARY 2013 9% 12% 6% 18% 21% NO COMMISSION IN THIS MONTH

  11. DISTRIBUTORS WILL RECEIVE EXTRA COMMISIONS FROM THE PROGRAMME FOR: DEVELOPMENT OF EXISTING LEGS ON THE SIDE BUILDING AND DEVELOPMENT OF NEW LEGS ON THE SIDE DEVELOPMENT OF EXISTING LEGS ON THE SIDE BUILDING AND DEVELOPMENT OF NEW LEGS ON THE SIDE DEVELOPMENT OF EXISTING LEGS IN THE BASE

THERE ARE TWO MONEY „POOLS” FROM WHICH THE COMMISSION IS PAID POOL FOR NEW LEGS POOL FOR BASE LEGS New legs: created since November 2013 or base legs, which achieved a higher level than in October 2013 Base legs: created not later than in October 2013 The legs have to maintain the effectiveness level from October 2013 If your existing legs on the side will reach higher level than in base month or you will build new legs on the side

DECLINES EACH OF THE LEGS OF THE SIDE HAS ONE-TIME POSSIBILITY OF FALLING FROM THE OBTAINED EFFECTIVNESS LEVEL IN THE MONTH OF FALL AFFORDED COMMISSION IS STILL PAID (UNDER THE CONDITION THAT THE FALL CANNOT BE LOWER THAN THE EFFECTIVNESS OF THE BASE MONTH) IN THE NEXT MONTHS OF FALL THE COMMISSION WILL NOT BE PAID TILL THE MOMENT WHEN THE LEG WILL COME BACK ON THE HIGHEST EFFECTIVNESS LEVEL REACHED FROM THE JANUARY 2013 (new minimal level) CHECK EXAMPLES BELOW!

IF DURING THE COURSE OF „PEARL FOUNDATION” PROGRAMME YOU WILL RAISE YOUR EFFECTIVNESS LEVEL FROM PEARL ORCHID TO AMARANTH ORCHID, YOU WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE „AMARANTH PILLARS” PROGRAMME IF YOU ARE AN AMARANTH ORCHID, YOU CAN TAKE PART ONLY IN THE „AMARANTH PILLARS” PROGRAMME(YOU CAN TAKE PART ONLY IN ONE PROGRAMME AT THE SAME TIME, MONEY FROM „PEARL FOUNDATIONS” AND „AMARANTH PILLARS” PROGRAMMES DOES NOT ACCUMULATE) IF DURING THE COURSE OF PROGRAMMES YOU ACHIEVE THE AMARANTH ORCHID LEVEL MORE THAN TWICE, YOU WILL PARTICIPATE ONLY IN THE „AMARANTH PILLARS” PROGRAMME. IT MEANS, THAT IF YOU FALL ON THE PEARL ORCHID LEVEL, YOU WILL NOT TAKE PART IN „PEARL FOUNDATIONS” PROGRAMME IF DURING THE COURSE OF PROGRAMMES YOU WILL REACH MINIMUM GOLDEN ORCHID LEVEL MORE THAN TWICE, YOU CANNOT TAKE PART IN „PEARL FOUNDATION” AND „AMARANTH PILLARS”PROGRAMMERS
