Entry – Teachers are paired/partnered with common planning time Adoption – School bulletin board for resource sharing (virtual or physical) Adaptation – Cross Curricular projects – silo erosion Infusion – Designated physical space for collaborative work Transformation – Global partnerships to promote student success Collaboration

Entry – Bits of PD delivered at staff meetings Adoption – Providing opportunity to recreate assessments and evaluations Adaptation – Inter-school adoption of creative solutions to common problems Infusion – Staff meetings are run in small groups focused on development and management of day to day Transformation – dedicating regularly to ‘unconventional tools’ that may increase student achievement creativity

Entry – Consumers of information with some cognitive request for clarity and logic Adoption – Becoming aware of your own thought process Adaptation – Staff meetings have time built in for self-reflection Infusion – Virtual or physical bulletin board that promotes strategies for Critical Thinking Transformation – Is your staff leading itself in self-reflective processes?
