  4. SCHEDULE 7:00 – 7:45 Registration 8:00 Shot gun start 2:30 Dinner & raffle prizes 50/50 and raffle tickets available all day

  5. Golf Competitions *Best team score *Worst team score *Longest drive *Closest to the pin

  6. Other games: 50/50 Raffle

  7. Registration Options: Foursome Single golfer Hole sponsor Dinner only

  8. Foursome $400.00 Includes food at the turn and dinner after the round. Enters everyone in all of the golf competitions.

  9. Single golfer $100.00 If you don’t have a foursome, we will be happy to set you up with a group! Includes food at the turn and dinner after the round. Enters you into the golf competitions.

  10. Hole Sponsor $100.00 Includes recognition on a professional sign at one of the 18 holes. Your logo may be used as well.

  11. Dinner Only $50.00 If you prefer not to golf, join us for an early dinner and all of the festivities of the day anyway! Feel free to participate in the raffle and the 50/50.
