Ground rules • Throughout the training we will share personal experiences of using health and social services and any user involvement we have done – both positives and negatives • This information may be from people in the group or speakers who join us during the training • As a group we must agree that every experience shared within the room is treated with respect and sensitivity • All personal information shared should be kept confidential and not discussed with people who are not part of the training • What else do you think should be part of our ground rules so this is a safe and positive place for everyone? 3A
