Guiding Principles – Recruiting & Selection • Requisitions will be created by hiring managers and approved one level up from the hiring manager. • The number of required requisition approvals may vary by division. • If needed, evergreen/pipeline requisitions will be created by recruiters and should remain posted for no longer than six months. • Requisitions must be posted internally for a minimum of 5 business days. • May be posted externally at the same time
