  1. How To Plan A Party! Your quickest and easiest guide to planning the best party ever!!

  2. Guest List Invitations Click on where you want to go! Food Finish Themes

  3. Guest List! • Set an amount of people that you can invite. • Get your best friend(s) around to your house to help you. • Make sure your best friends are on the list first. • Keep adding people to your guest list to make up the number. (make sure they are your friends though) • Check with your parent/guardian to make sure that the list you have made is ok with them.

  4. Invitations! • Pick a theme for your party and get invitations that suit that theme. • Only buy as many as you need but make sure you have 1 or 2 spare just in case you make a mistake or someone can’t make it so you can ask someone else. • Write your invitations in your best writing. • Give them out when ever you get the chance but not too late and not too early.

  5. Themes! • Think of some things you like possibly films or T.V programmes. • Check you can get all you need for your party that suit the theme you have chosen. • If not try another theme you like. • Try not to make the theme too different because people may not know what it is. • Make sure your guests are all aware of the theme especially if they have to dress up or wear a certain colour.

  6. Food! • Decide whether you’re going to a restaurant for food or whether you’re having a buffet etc. • Make up a simple food list with all the essentials. • Go shopping with your parent/guardian for all the food you need. • Make the food the morning before the party so it doesn’t go stale. • Present your food well on trays and plates.

  7. Thanks for watching my presentation. I hope your party goes well. Thanks. X
