LiveWell Clinics • LiveWell is a free health improvement service funded by NHS South West London • It is available to anyone over the age of 18 who lives and/or works in Sutton or Merton • LiveWell offers a free consultation with a trained Health Advisor, who will help to set and achieve personal, health related goals • Be more physically active • Eat well and improve diet • Better manage alcohol intake • Manage weight Health is everyone’s business
