  3. Hoe actief is OAD op Social media • Facebook & Hyves worden niet actief bijgehouden • LinkedIn wordt alleen ingezet voor medewerkers • Twitter wordt zeer actief gebruikt. Vacatures, Acties, interactie met klanten en foto’s • OAD heeft een eigen Youtube kanaal met daarop video’s van huidige acties en reclame video’s.

  4. Is er sprake van constistentie met de offline media? • De informatie die ze offline communiceren komt overeen met de informatie online. Acties worden gecommuniceerd in kranten, brochures en op de reisbureaus.

  5. Conclusie • Op de hoofdpagina is er niks te vinden van het gebruik van Social Media. Dit is jammer, want op Twitter en Youtube zijn ze erg actief. • De informatie van de acties op Twitter en Youtube komen overeen met wat er staat op de hoofdpagina
