Web 4.0 atau webOS akan seperti middleware yang akan mulai berfungsi seperti sistem operasi

Fasilitas-fasilitas ini telah dibuat dan dikembangkan sedemikian rupa agar dalam pengembangan sebuah aplikasi dapat berlangsung cepat dan efisien, tanpa perlu adanya usaha untuk membuat modul-modul umum
