Atrofie kuit na achillespeesruptuur. vrouw, nu 40 jr 1 jr geleden AP #: OK, mediale incisie. nabeh: 2 wkn gips, daarna tape houdt forse atrofie kuit ADL gaat goed, maar sporten lukt niet: na 20 minuten verzuring in kuit. Sport: speelde hoofdklasse squash.

  2. vrouw, nu 40 jr • 1 jr geleden AP #: OK, mediale incisie. • nabeh: 2 wkn gips, daarna tape • houdt forse atrofie kuit • ADL gaat goed, maar sporten lukt niet: na 20 minuten verzuring in kuit. • Sport: speelde hoofdklasse squash

  3. LO: dF niet duidelijk toegenomen, forse atrofie. Geen pijn over pees. • MRI: AP iets dikker maar loopt mooi door, homogeen. AP lijkt iets langer dan rechts: 1,5 cm. Geen vervetting van spier.

  4. Oorzaak atrofie? • chron compartimentssyndroom (geen pijn gehad)? tgv gips? • neuropathie door trauma? • verlenging AP m.a.g. verminderde kracht • geen relatie met OK?

  5. En wat nu...? • geen vervetting spier, aldus radioloog • is herstel spiervolume nog te verwachten na een ingreep? ja • Advies: inkorten AP met evt. Augmenteren met FHL
