Conclusions: Evaluated 13 senior positions occupied by 12 individuals Assessment: Compensation for each position was fair and reasonable evaluated against: Comparable cities and municipal agencies Private sector positions, when applicable The personnel assigned to each position, based on job scope and experience, offered appropriate skills for the positions assigned
