  3. This is the respiration equation. It explains how the cells in our bodies turn sugar into energy; ENERGY Sugar + Oxygen Carbon Dioxide + Water + The sugar part of the equation comes from our food. (covered in food and digestion)Now we are going to find out where the Oxygen part comes from.

  4. Experiment Work in pairs and do this quick experiment with or without a data logger. Make sure you record your results.
