  2. Overview • Funded exclusively by the Friends • Currently offer 26 different passes; budget of $7,400 • Use TixKeeper to manage reservations • 2011: Patrons checked out 2,045 passes on 1,857 occasions (1.1 average)

  3. Reservations • Can reserve up to 3 weeks in advance • Can reserve several passes for same day • Can reserve by phone, in person, or online • Reserved for the entire day • Do not need to be a Wayland resident

  4. Logistics • Recipe box file by museum • Laminated cards for alternating days • Pick up day before; returned before library opens following day ($10 late fee) • Red pouch; can be returned in book drop • Requires ~25% of FTE to monitor and manage

  5. Review/Renew • Tickler file kept to monitor expiration dates • Assess usage, convenience • Try to add new ones every year • Patron suggestions • Museum solicitations
