Autofocusing. 비접촉 3 차원 측정기술을 응용한 미세물체 정밀측정기술 및 시스템. 실시간 영상처리를 위해서 필수적으로 쓰이는 CCD 카메라는 영상처리 시스템 개발과 정밀 측정기기 개발에 빼놓을 수 없는 입력장치로 급부상하고 있다 . 본 시스템은 기존의 간섭계방식을 사용하지 않고 직접 광학렌즈에서 얻어진 영상정보만을 가지고 Focus Measure 를 추출하여 미세물체의 3 차원 정보를 측정할 수 있다.
