What is B.I.Decision Support & Executive Information Management Ability to aggregate data to give it “PURPOSE and RELAVENCE” from Multiple Business systems, and Multiple Information databases, for Multiple reporting systems that are both Dynamic and Accurate. Results in single source of truth for Key Result Measures so that the City has the kind of information needed to “run the place”

History Had it’s origins in a need for Performance Based Budgeting to ensure we were spending taxpayer dollars for the right public purpose according to the right priority and monitoring how well. Aligns Council Priorities, City services and Department’s “Lines of Business” We Called it Performance Plus

  6. Daily Operations This Fire dashboard helps the chiefs monitor battalions and stations on how fast a unit can get the call and then leave the station, true ‘Out of the Barn’ timing, real time. This is refreshed daily at 7:30am so each station rotation knows where they stand as they focus on public safety.

  7. Performance Plus Measures Tracks citizen requests for service: Traffic lights out, traffic calming, neighborhood code enforcement issues, etc. Statistics by ward or citywide.
