REPERES CHRONOLOGIQUES: La mise en place du mécanisme a commencé depuis septembre 1999 et n’a cessé d’évolué, nous sommes actuellement à la 3ème génération • DEPLOIEMENT SPATIAL: 3 niveaux Comité Départemental – Comité Régional – Comité National • COMPOSITION DES COMITES LOCAUX: 3 piliers Administration – Bénéficiaires (Elus, Chefs traditionnels) – SC • ORGANISATION OPERATIONNELLE: • Organe technique: Sous Comité Technique et Initiatives autonomes • Fréquence des réunions: TRIM1-SCTD; TRIM2-CD; TRIM3-SCTR; TRIM4-CR (informations publiques = restitution des résultats des collectes des fiches) • PERSPECTIVES D’AMELIORATION: - Dispositif amélioré intégrant la décentralisation, la budgétisation par programme LES POINTS SAILLANTS:
