  4. Summary of the course The course aims at giving the theoretical and practical bases of the various stakes and aspects of leadership and group dynamics. The courses is about people and human nature. It helps understand how employee become committed to an organization and what motivate them to work. This course concerns any listener, in a future function of management or consulting, either as general practitioner or as a specialist.

  5. Objectives of the course Describe leadership andmanagementand what leaders do to accomplish goals Describe the contemporary approach to leadership Explain what managers do in teams : their roles, activities, agendas for action, and thought processes

S2 : Organizational behaviour and management S3 : Characteristics of teams S4 : Group and Teamworks S5 : Motivation in practice S6 : Facilitate team meetings S7 : Problem solving and decision making S8 : Organizational change, conflict and stress
