  3. Virtueel Project / Virtueel Bedrijf Onderwijssettings waar al WERKEND praktijkgerichte en theoretische competenties worden opgebouwd aan de hand van ECHTE OPDRACHTEN. Studenten, startende professionals, werken aan: • gerichte individuele ontwikkeling • echte opdrachten (ill-structured) van echte opdrachtgevers (opdrachtrealisatie) in teamverband • tegen realistische, professionele kwaliteitscriteria

Virtueel Project / Virtueel Bedrijf Bij een VP in een onderwijssetting Bij een VB in een bedrijfssetting Studenten in een VB werken ook aan • de verdere ontwikkeling van het bedrijf (kenniscreatie; lerende bedrijf) Een VB is zowel • een leerorganisatie (een organisatie om te leren) • als een lerende organisatie
