Partners in ourcurrent HEI-ICI project Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) Founded in 1964 The leading institution in Cambodia giving education in different fields of engineering (chemical, food, civil, energy, electrical, computer, industrial, mechanical, rural). Around 3000 students (2009) National University of Laos (NUOL) • Founded in 1996 • The only national university in the country • Around 26 000 students (2006) Tampere University of Technology

HEI-ICI-SEED:Sustainable Energy EducationDevelopment at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) and at the National University of Laos (NUOL) The overall objective of the project is to contribute to sustainable energy planning through improved energy related knowledge and expertise on a national level. The purpose of the HEI-ICI project is to enhance and promote Sustainable Energy Education, Research and Development at Faculty of Engineering at NUOL and Department of Electrical and Energy Engineering at ITC.
