By putting a company’s name, products, and services on these social networking sites it gives them the ability to: • INSTANTLY market their products and cut down on costs • Learn about the different generations and grab their attention. • Maximize customer service by: • Sending them frequent messages containing new information about their company • Answering their questions or concerns via posts.
