  2. A wood stove is great heating solution, but what other benefits may it bring you? Small areas have very little space that can be allocated for a stove, also if the stove is too large it can cook you out the space. 1. As mentioned above, the space in small areas are limited. All wood stoves require clearances to combustibles for it to be safe which can use up precious square footage. With our wall mounts and shielding, the space that is required can be reduced considerably, saving the little square footage you do have. 2. The other major advantage of having a wood stove is that it removes the humidity in the space making it much more comfortable. Many of our clients notice the condensation on their windows disappear once they use one of our stoves. This is especially great in those wet and damp months of the year. 3. Not only can you heat, but you can cook on the wood stove as well. You can cook on both models of our stoves. You can also remove the rail on top for a larger cooking surface. And our Grizzly stove has the option of having our mini roaster placed on top turning the top of the stove into a little oven/roaster. Cooking things from roasts to cakes. 4. Another advantage is the secondary combustion system both our stoves have. It will reignite the smoke produced by the burning wood. This generates heat with the potential energy otherwise lost up the flue, and reduce the smoke coming out the pipe. It will also allow for slightly longer burn times and to get the most out of your wood. 5. And last but not least, safety. When installed correctly and the proper precautions are taken, wood stoves are much safer than propane or diesel. With wood stove you do not have any tanks containing the gas, and there are no gas lines needed either. This eliminates the possibility of a potential leak, and in small spaces leaks are especially dangerous.
