RECRUITMENT LIFE SKILLS EDUCATION Participants participate in 5 day long life skills education curriculum TRANSITIONAL EMPLOYMENT Participants are placed into transitional employment working with Buffalo Habitat for Humanity, PUSH Buffalo, the City of Buffalo, & NYS DEC JOB COACHING Removing barriers, teaching soft skills, and preparing the individual for a job search JOB DEVELOPMENT Matching participant with potential employment opportunities JOB PLACEMENT Participants are placed into unsubsidized employment RETENTION SERVICES On going support after placement including “Rapid Reward” incentives & additional job develop services CEO Program Model Participant Enrolled Job Start Ready Trainings & Certifications Offering trainings & certifications to increase individuals employability Placed Over 12 months of employment training and support when it is needed most
