  20. conclusiones • La revascularización de la arteria diana del angiosoma correspondiente a la lesión isquémica produce mayores tasas de salvamento de extremidad • La alternativa de revascularizar otra arteria si está adecuadamente conectada con el arco plantar también es válida (tasas de salvamento similares) • La revascularización del angiosoma específico directamente o a través de colaterales aumenta la supervivencia
