  6. INFORMATION FOR OUR NEW PARENTS

  7. INFORMATION FOR OUR NEW PARENTS Welcome to the team!!

  8. INFORMATION FOR OUR NEW PARENTS Tue, 28 Apr 2009 Good evening, my name is *&^%$ and I enrolled in GSU in 2005. My mother and I met with you prior to my first semester here during my SOAR session. After that meeting I don't believe I ever set foot in the SDRC ever again…. Unfortunately that was my biggest mistake to date. I was put on academic exclusion after my 2nd year for an unsatisfactory GPA. I now face exclusion again because I was not able to bring my GPA up to a 2.0 after a full year

  9. INFORMATION FOR OUR NEW PARENTS 11/9/2008 “I don’t know if you remember me, but my mom and you and I sat down and talked last summer at SOAR about me getting me enrolled with SDRC. I should have followed up with this last semester, but I guess I can’t go back and change it, though I would in a heartbeat…… I know I’m over my head right now in terms of, well a lot of things…. I’m really in a bind here and am trying to salvage what I can before it’s too late.”

  10. IMPORTANT DATES September 22 Did my student pick up Accommodations Letters and return contracts ? October 10 Did my student receive any U grades? Has my student meet with an SDRC staff member to make a decision about dropping classes? (October 17 - Last Day to Withdraw Without Penalty).

  11. IMPORTANT DATES October 21 Is my student scheduled for early registration? (October 24 -28 early registration) November 1 Did my student participate in early registration? December 5 Has my student set up test proctoring for final exams?
