  12. Details the scope of services that complete the CPSP model of care.

  13. Provides the tools a practice needs to deliver the full range of CPSP services, from staffing requirements to record-keeping.

  14. Interprets Medi-Cal eligibility on a practical level through an overview of basic eligibility requirements.

  15. Provides a broad overview of billing guidelines, and some practical tips to ensure prompt processing.

  16. When ready, click the next available module.

  17. Click to go to the next page. Each module begins with a brief overview and topic list.

  24. While viewing any page in any module, click the print icon for a printable view.

  25. Tip: Click “Selected Items” to select everything. When the print menu appears, select the parts of the module you would like to print. When ready, click Continue.

  26. Click Print to send the sections to the default printer. A printable view of the sections you chose will display.

  27. Each module ends with a quiz. • The next module is available when the user completes the quiz. • Course is complete when user passes all five quizzes and a final.

  28. Click to begin the quiz. • All quizzes are T/F or Multiple Choice. • Take as long as you want. • Try as many times as you want.
