  4. Objectives • Engage in two exercises to help you productively reflect on TWI implementation in your context • Learn with and from colleagues in TWIN-CS • Provide input for shaping Summer Academy

  5. After Action Review • Four questions: • What was expected to happen? • What actually occurred? • What went well and why? • What can be improved and how?

  6. What makes an AAR productive? • Open and honest professional discussion • Participation by everyone on the team • Focus on results of an effort or project • Identification of ways to sustain what was done well • Development of recommendations on ways to overcome obstacles

  16. How to EdCamp--1st steps • sit down in circle with 6-8 other educators • consider 1 thing you personally would like to talk about • write down the 1 thing on a small piece of paper • Share the 1 thing around the circle

  17. How to EdCamp--2nd Steps • as a group, determine which idea garners the most interest • write that idea on the large paper • get up. look at all the ideas on large paper • sit down at the one most interesting to you.
