Campus Health Service • CHS keeps administrative costs manageable by only participating with the four most commonly used health insurance carriers at the UA • CHS can bill the student’s UA bursar account • Itemized bills can be obtained from the CHS business office to submit to your insurance carrier

Payment Options Fee For Service (pay as you go) – normally lower priced than in the community • Scenario: • Your student comes in with a sore throat • $20 office visit to see a provider • In course of visit, provider orders something extra (e.g., throat culture) • All extra charges are at a cost

Payment Options • Campus Care - Limited to services within the health center, this supplement is a good choice for students with indemnity, HMO, or PPO plans. • Scenario: • Your student comes in with a sore throat • $20 office visit to see a provider • In course of visit, provider orders something extra (e.g., throat culture) • All extra charges are at no cost to you
