IAVA Celebrates India’s 65th Republic Day Children's Parade for Kids of all Ages We encourage all children to dress up representing the Indian Festivals, Freedom Fighters or Indian traditional costumes and participate in the popular Children's Parade. Smaller kids may be accompanied by their parent. Small flags will be provided. When: Sunday, January 26th 2014 Where: Cultural Center of India (CCI) - 6641 Ironbridge Pkwy, Chester, VA, 23832 Timings: 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm • Republic Day Cultural Performances Theme : “Village - The soul of India” • Showcase the traditional and rural aspect of Indian Culture • Bring forth your imagination and creativity in terms of Dance and Music to depict the Village life of India. • Entrees can be based on Bollywood music and Folk dances representing the theme. • Min Group size- 4 Participants, No solo entrees please.Max duration- 5 mins • Please send your entrees by January 20th, 2014 to Lata Gupta at lgupta01@yahoo.com Please contact IAVA Membership Desk to become members for the year 2014 and enjoy the year long festivities and events.
