  3. Workshop Objectives • Spread awareness of NASA’s new vision and objectives. • Create a list of PSU targets for new NASA missions • Communicate the goals and objectives of the Center for Space Research Programs. CSRP NASA Workshop

  4. CSRP Guiding Principles • All faculty and staff working with CSRP have ‘home’ appointments in one of PSU’s Colleges or ARL • Individual projects will be assigned to the PI’s home college and participating PSU faculty and staff are matrixed to the projects • CSRP projects will have full PSU resources at their disposal, without regard to artificial College boundaries • CSRP will support all aspects of the project (Research, Technology, and Programmatic) CSRP NASA Workshop

  5. What does CSRP do? Mission oriented science and technology center • Catalyst for PSU faculty to undertake medium to large space projects • Facilitates implementation of missions by coordinating resources from across the entire University • Provides unified external interfaces under the “Auspices of the Center for Space Research Programs (CSRP)” • Initial point of contact at PSU for space research programs CSRP NASA Workshop
