  16. What should we have taught you? • Common Themes: • Communication etiquette (In person, phone, email, text, twitter, Facebook) • Different communication styles in companies • Getting and taking feedback constructively • ROI

  17. What did we teach you that has been most valuable? • Teamwork • Conflict resolution • Critical thinking • Projects and their leadership • Business Experience

  18. What should we eliminate? • Legacy network protocols; interesting but no longer relevant. • Database course: Teach practice before theory. • Waterfall development .

  19. Action Plan • Add communication etiquette somewhere • Streamline Telecom course • Continue to stress teamwork • New PM and Team Dynamics course • Make Business Experience required (2011)
