  1. Problem Solving for the Fifth Grade Part V Click here to begin the activity. This slide show has been created by Eric Arbetter at Barrington Elementary School.

  2. These activities will address the following Hazelwood Objectives for fifth grade: Explain math concepts and problem solutions orally and in writing. Find lines of symmetry.

  3. Directions Click your mouse to continue. Whenever you see this picture, you will need to write the answer in your journal.

  4. The following questions are about Indian Ridge Elementary School’s winter musical. Click to begin

  5. Decorations The students decided to decorate the gym with symmetrical shapes. Can you help them decide which shapes they can use. Circle your answers. (Click your mouse to begin)

  7. Ralph is the only student who doesn’t agree with the others about which shapes are symmetrical. Draw in the lines of symmetry for each shape to convince Ralph. Remember, some shapes have more than one line of symmetry. Click to begin.
