Mehrere verschiedene TK-Anlagen können gleichzeitig angebunden werden • Unterstützung der Aastra TK-Anlagen: • Aastra 800, Aastra 5000, IntelliGate, OpenCom 1000, MX-ONE, MD110 und Business Phone • Es wird dieselbe Serverstruktur genutzt, wie für alle anderen Telesnap Produkte (Snapware, Telesnap Attendant, SAP Connector,..) Background I CSTA 348 Interface(CSTA WebService) CSTA 323 Interface(CSTA XML) Snapware Server JCSJTAPI Call Server Cisco UCM Das Telesnap OCS Gateway wurde auf Basis des Enterprise Business Gateways entwickelt. Das EBG war ein Ericsson Projekt für den Kunden Telefonica. Der Mobilfunkanbieter benötigte eine TK-Anlagen unabhängige Lösung für TK-Anlagen um weitere Dienste für das Mobilfunknetzwerk entwickeln zu können. Telesnap entwickelte eine CSTA Web Service Schnittstelle (ECMA 348) on top zu dem Snapware Server.
