  4. Central feature of new revolutionary groups: • Affluent, educated students hoping to make revolution on behalf of poor masses • Examples: Tupamaros (Uruguay), The Shining Path (Peru), The Weather Underground (USA), The Baader-Meinhof Gang (Germany), The Red Brigades (Italy)
