Regional SLI structure Regional directors and ADs meet three times a year Regional professionals networks meet similarly Care Act work-streams the same All have a regional director sponsor An AD chairs each meeting, also sits on AD Forum Each group has objectives and sends a brief update Groups may have allocated performance indicators Regional programme director to co-ordinate

Regional SLI approach Share good practice within the regional and work collaboratively to improve - including our web resources Completing self assessments and assessing SLI impact Has an overview of performance and delivery Provides assurance on new BCF ‘conditions’ Acts to assist pro-actively when an organisation / group of partners appear to be falling behind, be deficient in any areas or is perceived to be failing in some way
