  14. WTTI Background • Initiated by CWRS in 2006 • Response to operator shortage • Steering Committee • Utilities, municipalities, districts • State primacy agencies (KY/TN)‏ • Technical assistance providers (CWRS)‏ • Trade associations (KRWA, TAUD, KWWOA)‏ • Partnership: CWRS - BGCC
