  2. About jimcarrey • Comedian/Actor was born in Canada on January 17th of 1967. At the age of 15 he participated in a Toronto comedy club doing stand-up. At the age of 19 (1983), his movie career officially began as he headed west to Hollywood where he then starred in a television-movie called Introducing... Janet.
